Born and raised in New England, on Boston's North Shore, Kate found her way to Wyoming dreaming of being a cowgirl. From skiing the south island of New Zealand to camping with cheetahs in Africa, she is always hunting down the next big adventure. With a love for the mountains and the wide variety of recreational opportunities, Kate has made her home in the Bighorns - skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, and horseback riding - and can't wait to take you out with ALTITUDE OUTDOORS to show off the beauty and serenity of this special place.

When it comes to showing you all that Wyoming has to offer, the guides at ALTITUDE OUTDOORS are as good as it gets! The most important part of your vacation is to ensure you are comfortable, safe, and smiling! Our guides will show you the time of your life as you explore the most extraordinary scenery that one can find in the Big Horns. We love our job and, lets be honest, we can't really complain about our office view.

All guides that work for ALTITUDE OUTDOORS are required to be current with First Aid/CPR certification and have an extensive background in mountain exploration, navigation, and customer service. We have plenty of stories to share with you, and look forward to heading out on the trail with new faces every day!

From Australia to the Alps, Jake has been around the world chasing down his outdoor ambitions. A native to the Bighorns, he has spent over twenty years familiarizing himself with the hidden gems that make up this adventuresome mountain range. If you're lucky enough to have him guiding your trip, he's sure to keep you entertained with stories of European ski trips, sneaking up on local wildlife, and even grizzly bear encounters. (Don’t worry there are no Grizzly Bears in the Big Horn range)
